My name is Minna Tallberg and I'm a small breeder located in Espoo, close to Helsinki in Finland. I've got three JRTs at home and I co-own a few other Jacks that live with friends of mine. I don't breed a lot, one litter a year or two at the very most. So far I've bred seven litters and increasing the quantity is not planned. For 2007 no litters are planned.
I'm a photographer by profession and dogs are one of my hobbies. Together with some breeder friends we have started a project to try to improve the gene pool of the JRTs in Finland. We're looking to the UK for the original Jack Russell lines and hopefully this will help the breed over here.
All my dogs are family pets, they sleep on the sofa and are my constant companions. As I have horses the dogs are also very efficient workers, keeping the hay barn mouse and rat free.
